Who Needs This Licence?

Awarding Forms & Process:
For regular (Class 5N) Newly Licensed Driver's Licence (for driving cars, pick-up trucks, sport utility vehicles, and vans seating less than 10 people)
To get this licence, y'all have to do 3 things:

(1) You lot have to have a Learner's Licence .

(2) You have to pass a route test (Driving Examination).

(3) You have to complete a waiting period . Before you can take the road test, you must have your Learner'due south Licence for at least 12 months. However, at that place is an exception :
